How we feel affects all aspects of our body and mind. We need space to feel and process and emotions. To move forward in our lives in a way that feels in alignment with our deepest truth. In one to one consultations and sessions we focus on any symptoms we may be having but work specifically on the emotional body through expressive arts, yoga, and meditation. We feel our best when we experience alignment and congruency in our body, mind, and spirit. When our thoughts, words, and actions come from a place of embodiment and integrated wholeness.
